Confirm your airport and terminal
Use the airport codes in your current itinerary, not just the city names. Terminal assignments and check-in locations can change, so confirm them through the operating airline and the airport’s official website before leaving.
This page does not claim that the agency has airport desks or offices at the airports on your trip.
Plan each stage of the journey
- Before leaving: verify flight status, required documents, and the airport’s current guidance.
- At check-in: confirm baggage tags and which onward boarding passes have been issued.
- At a connection: follow official signs and current airline instructions, especially for immigration or baggage collection.
- If disrupted: speak to the operating airline’s staff and retain notices and receipts.
Partner flights need a separate check
Read the “operated by” line on every segment. Keep the airline references accessible and confirm where the first flight checks in. If your journey uses separate tickets, allow for the practical differences and ask the issuers about connection responsibilities.
Use assistance channels appropriate to urgency
An independent booking conversation is useful before travel. At the airport, time-sensitive operational questions belong with airline or ground staff. Accessibility arrangements should be confirmed directly with the airline through its dedicated process.
